Shipping Info
We ship our dresses from the U.S. sometimes and from our design workshop in the South Seas sometimes. When shipping from the South Seas, we use a reliable air courier service that has performed flawlessly for us for several years. Items are generally received in about 5-6 days. Sometimes it takes up to 12 days. (To Spain it can take up to 3 weeks.)
We have never had a package shipped this way get stopped for any reason, including import tax. But with the way bureaucrats behave worldwide, any delay or complication that might occur at customs cannot be viewed as our responsibility as, alas! we can't control those guys.
