To create a focal point at the bust, we've used our very own hand-woven cotton, made with just a whisper of fine, silver metallic thread in the weave! The effect is subtle and has a quality, vintage look. But you may also choose our fabric just like it that has a whisper of gold. OR for a very small additional charge you can have *any accent color you want* in dressy satin, or give us your own ideas!

Our charming Wing Bust style is an homage to an original from the 50's designed by the brilliant Alfred Shaheen. The lines are ingeniously flattering and the "wings" at the bust dramatic and whimsical. Waist is flatteringly dropped, just a tiny bit. Boned cups with structured, clinging and supportive bodice.

We've photographed the dress with a crinoline that is not included with the dress and we recommend that you order one to go with your dress. We can tell you where to get the most vintage authentic- and we feel the very best- crinoline on the market- for a fantastic price.

The sheer silk organza bows and some of the other options shown in some photos here are available at a small additional charge and as are bows in various color and fabric choices.

Skirt is unlined; fabric is substantial enough to not require a lining unless contrasting colors are going to be worn underneath, in which case please let us know and we can install a lining or make other recommendations such as one white crinoline worn outside and a colored crinoline worn inside.
