Return Policy & Shipping Info

BOMBSHELL BOUTIQUE/READY TO WEAR RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted for new, standard size, unaltered and non-custom and non-white-toned items only.

Customer pays all shipping fees; shipping fees are never refunded. Most returnable items can be returned to a special U.S. address that we will provide to you when you email us re: your desire to return the item. Return must be authorized via an email that contains an authorization  number given to you by us or the return is not valid and so will not be refunded.

You must email us about your intent to return within four days of your receipt of the item as determined by the date of delivery stated on the online tracking information . In our emailed return authorization to you, you will, receive authorization to return and special, return-to shipping address. If you do not send the item to that address, the return is invalid. Your return must be postmarked within ten days of your receipt of the item as determined by the date of delivery stated on the online tracking information.

If we or one of our agents receive an unauthorized return, this does not change it into an authorized return with the privileges extended by us for authorized returns. We will sometimes accept the package in order to ascertain why it came back, such as an incorrect address or to prevent it from being destroyed by the  air courier. To get your item back rather than forfeiting it after an unauthorized return, you must pay the actual shipping cost back to you.

If you fail to pick up your item after notification by the air courier service or fail to contact them so that the item is shipped back to us, you must pay the actual shipping cost to re-ship your item to you.

If you return an item via an authorized return and wish to exchange, you must pay actual shipping cost for the replacement item. Our Bombshell Boutique has a special, discounted  flat fee of $20 per item for an online purchase from our Boutique- the actual shipping is $22 to $49, depending on weight and the country to which it is shipped.

If you choose to and are authorized by us to return the item, we will send you a copy of the actual shipping cost and the actual- not the discounted- shipping cost will be deducted from your purchase. However we charge no restocking fees.

The returned item must be returned in exactly the same condition that you received it- briefly tried-on for a few minutes but unworn, just as neatly packed, folded in the same  manner; appearing as a fresh, brand new garment. Correct packing= very flat, professionally and neatly folded, and placed back in the plastic bag, sufficiently protected by the packaging and SHIPPED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, or the return will be invalid.

You must send us the tracking number when you have shipped you return.

Refunds are made only after all of the above has been completed correctly and the your item has been reported to us as received according to the above.

If you are unable to return according to all the instructions above due to an emergency, please contact us and -at our discretion- we may give you extra time

Custom orders, wedding dresses and altered items  or boutique items made for you with measurements that are not standard in order to personalize the fit for you are not returnable. But please contact us if you are unhappy with your order and we will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.

Wedding dresses and Loaner items have their own return policies.

SHIPPING: You will be informed of shipping costs at the time of purchase. Shipping time in transit is usually 5-6 days but can take up to two weeks on the extremely rare occasion that it gets caught in customs, over which we have no control. We use International Expedited Mail Service which will have a tracking number and will be delivered by your postal system unless you request another shipping method for which you must request a price quote from us. Your finished item purchase is normally shipped within 3 days of receipt of your cleared payment unless sewing of the item is still in process. Please let us know if you need your item in a rush, we\'ll help! Your custom-made item will be shipped as mutually agreed in our email regarding the item when we discuss your event and needs; determined by the specifics of construction time requirements.
